This is an exceptional opportunity to build a uniquely varied contentious practice, spanning property disputes, contentious construction matters and specialist telecoms work. Working with a highly regarded Partner, you'll support senior colleagues, manage your own matters, and gain hands‑on experience across courts and tribunals. You will advise an impressive client base on complex, technical and strategically significant disputes, including contractual disagreements, landlord/tenant issues, title and boundary matters, servitudes, rights of way, professional indemnity claims, and post‑completion construction defects. This is a role with genuine breadth and clear long‑term career progression. The Work

Support business development, client management and cross‑departmental initiatives Collaborate closely with colleagues across the wider department Handle a varied caseload of property litigation and contentious construction matters Advise on contract disputes, landlord/tenant issues, boundaries, servitudes, title and property‑related debt recovery Work on specialist telecoms matters for a growing national client base Assist and lead on contentious construction matters, including post‑completion defects and professional indemnity issues Conduct legal research and contribute to written advocacy and pleadings Appear in court and tribunals, developing your advocacy skills Contribute to knowledge sharing and internal training

Your Experience

2-4 years PQE with experience in Contentious Construction and Property Litigation Strong research, analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication skills and confidence in client‑facing work Ability to manage varied workloads and meet deadlines Team‑focused, with the ability to work independently when required Demonstrates initiative, good judgement and a proactive approach to learning
