Contentious Probate Solicitor – Marlow

The role:

• Manage and lead a portfolio of contentious probate disputes at all stages - from pre‑litigation/mediation through to contested court proceedings
• Develop and maintain client and referral relationships, mentor and support junior Solicitors or Associates
• Contribute to business growth through client development and generation of new instructions
• Work closely with the Wills, Trusts & Probate team to ensure consistent, high‑quality client service across the firm
• Uphold and promote the firm's core values: professionalism, integrity, collaboration and long-term client relationships
