I am working on a handful of Contentious Trusts & Probate Associate roles with leading teams.

These roles are focused on complex HNW/UHNW work often with a cross-border dimension including:

• 1975 Inheritance ( Provision for Family & Dependants) Act
• Challenging validity of wills, trustees, executors
• Succession, breach of trust, fiduciary duty
• Offshore trust litigation

• West End law firm- 4-6 PQE- up to c£100k
• City law firm- 4-6 PQE- up to c£130k
• West End law firm- 3-4 PQE up to c£100k
• City law firm- 2-5 PQE up to c£70k

Successful candidates will need to be an E&W qualified solicitor and will be working for a dedicated contentious trusts & probate team ranked in London.
