CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEERJob Title: Continuous Improvement EngineerLocation: Johnston, PembrokeshireSalary: £38,000 - £45,000Shift: Days Job Role of the Continuous Improvement Engineer An exciting opportunity is available for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to become part of a forward-thinking and collaborative team in a dynamic manufacturing setting.As a Continuous Impovement Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing site performance by embedding standardised processes and delivering Lean and Six Sigma projects such as 5S, SMED, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping. You will analyse downtime and quality concerns through structured root cause investigations, minimise process variation, carry out time studies and capability assessments, and utilise data-driven insights to implement and sustain measurable improvements.The successfull Continuous Impovement Engineer will be responsible for creating and maintaining KPIs and performance dashboards, while supporting and mentoring teams in Lean methodologies and practical problem-solving techniques. Championing health & safety, food safety, and a mindset of continuous improvement will be central to your approach.
