This role leads improvement projects across the organisation by using data, customer insight, and collaboration to identify what's not working and design better ways of doing things. You'll work with leaders and teams across the business to map processes, analyse problems, and deliver meaningful change. You'll also help build a culture of continuous improvement by coaching others, running workshops, and developing tools that make it easier for teams to improve how they work.
