We are seeking a proactive and driven Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team, reporting directly to the Continuous Improvement and Transformation Manager. In this role, you will lead and facilitate projects that deliver measurable value, enhance process efficiency, and embed a culture of operational excellence. Using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, you will work cross-functionally to drive change, streamline processes, and support the scaling of our operations for future growth.

Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives. Facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects and Kaizen events across operations, engineering, and logistics. Use data analysis and process mapping to identify opportunities and develop actionable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and remove inefficiencies. Monitor, report, and ensure sustainability of improvement projects. Coach and mentor employees on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
