We are currently recruiting for a Continuous Learning Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis within our Membership Support team. We are flexible on the location of this role as we operate a hybrid working policy. The Job Reporting to the UK/ EEMA / Africa Membership Support Head, on a day to day basis, you'll be involved in the following Support the UK/ EEMA / Africa Membership Support Manager with logistical event administration for digital events including but not limited to setting up events on the booking system and web site, ensuring member enquiries and booking are processed efficiently Support the UK/ EEMA / Africa Membership Support Head monitor budgets including raising purchase orders for all event related activities and ensuring prompt invoicing from speakers in order to ensure that budgetary targets are on track Set up events on ACCA's online booking system and updating course content on the website to enable delegates to view and book events Attend events as required to provide technical support on digital events Assist in producing reports as required Actively support other members of the Continuous Learning team when required Actively support the wider work and initiatives of the CQI Continuous Learning team and ACCA and carry out any other duties as required by the role. The Person We're looking for someone who: Self-motivated, capable of working both on own initiative and as part of a team Excellent organisational and administrative skills Strong time management skills, dealing effectively with large volumes of work within deadlines Demonstrates a customer-focused approach to all aspects of work Shows sound judgement and the ability to make reasoned and appropriate recommendations Experience of raising purchase requisitions and supporting on budget management Knowledge of digital events desirable Experience of event administration desirable Experience of MS Teams.
