Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site position based in Edinburgh (EH26) with The Height Group Ltd.


The Contract Administrator will work closely alongside our Contracts Team to support the daily operations of the business and ensure the smooth delivery of projects.


Key Responsibilities:

\t•\tPreparing and reviewing contract documentation

\t•\tMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records

\t•\tCoordinating project and team activities

\t•\tAssisting with scheduling and communication between departments

\t•\tSupporting contract compliance and document control processes

\t•\tProviding general administrative support to ensure seamless contract execution


This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

\t•\tExcellent attention to detail and accuracy

\t•\tConfident written and verbal communication skills

\t•\tProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

\t•\tAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

\t•\tStrong administrative and document control experience

\t•\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team


Desirable Skills:

\t•\tExperience within construction, engineering, or working-at-height i

ndustries

\t•\tKnowledge of contract administration processes

\t•\tFamiliarity with health & safety documentation and compliance

\t•\tExperience using project management or document control systems.


Qualifications:

\t•\tPrevious experience in an administrative or contract support role (preferred)

\t•\tRelevant qualification in Business Administration, Construction Management, or similar (desirable)
