This is a fluid and hands-on role, offering full end-to-end responsibility — from early project proposals and procurement through to financial control, contract management, and final accounts. You will act as a key commercial advisor, supporting operational teams, leading significant upcoming procurement exercises, and ensuring value for money across all repairs and maintenance and compliance contracts. The role requires agility, sound judgement, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. This opportunity is ideally suited to a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys variety, is comfortable stepping beyond a traditional QS remit, and combines strong commercial capability with empathy and a collaborative approach.
