We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Delivery Manager to join our team in Glasgow.
You will efficiently manage contracts ensuring the works are completed to the highest standard and within the work program timescales, whilst also ensuring all works are undertaken in line with Health & Safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise reactive repairs and void properties within social housing ensuring that contracts are delivered in line with budget/target expectations.

Manage installers to deliver programmed jobs and visit contracts to ensure all subcontractor and projects are operating within the parameters set out by the clients high standard and within agreed timescales

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients liaising effectively via formal and informal meetings.

Survey, plan and quality control all installations to confirm that all work carried out is kept to our high standard and within agreed timescales
