We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing and well-established business delivering high-quality internal fit-out projects across the M6 corridor.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who can oversee multiple installations and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
The Role As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing several projects simultaneously, overseeing all internal fit-out packages from pre-start through to completion.
Projects are located along the M6 corridor, ranging from South Birmingham up to the Kendal area, so flexibility to travel is essential.
Key Responsibilities Managing multiple fit-out installations across various sites
Overseeing project delivery, ensuring quality and programme targets are met
Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensuring health & safety compliance across all projects
Maintaining strong client relationships and reporting on progress
Requirements Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within internal fit-out or similar sectors
