In this pivotal role, you will manage and resource a wide range of operational drainage activities, including gully emptying, reactive jetting, root cutting, CCTV surveys, and traffic management. The Role:

Overall responsibility for contract delivery, health & safety, and monthly P&L Lead and supervise a small, agile depot team in a flexible and innovative environment Coordinate and plan on-site resources, ensuring safe working practices at all times Manage contract performance, standards, and targets Line management of multiple drainage personnel, handling any performance issues Build and maintain strong client relationships Develop, monitor, and manage the works programme and schedule of rates Oversee cost control, monthly applications, and contract pricing Conduct regular site audits with a focus on safety and quality About You:   Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar role in the drainage or highways industry Strong knowledge of drainage operations and infrastructure Skilled in managing safe working practice...
