Contract Manager Facilities ManagementLocation: LeicesterSalary:Up to £70,000 (depending on experience)An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee Facilities Management operations at a large and complex site in Leicester.This role is responsible for managing both Hard and Soft FM services across a major operational environment with significant ongoing development. The site has capacity for approximately 2,000 occupants, with additional buildings still being commissioned, making this a varied and evolving role.The RoleAs Contract Manager, you will oversee the full delivery of the FM contract, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.You will lead a large on-site team of skilled and semi-skilled staff, including M&E, Gas, HVAC and Fabric engineers, alongside administrative and supervisory support staff.The team structure includes:2 Deputy Facilities Managers2 Administrators2 HandypersonsA highly skilled engineering teamThis is primarily an operational and leadership role, so a technical background is not essential, as you will be supported by an experienced engineering team.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee delivery of Hard and Soft FM services across the siteLead and support a large multidisciplinary facilities teamEnsure contractual KPIs, compliance and service standards are metManage operational performance, reporting and stakeholder engagementSupport ongoing site expansion and commissioning of additional buildingsDrive continuous improvement and efficient service deliveryRequirementsPrevious Contract Management experience within Facilities ManagementExperience working in complex or secure environments (e.g. public sector, defence, custodial or infrastructure sites) is desirableStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage large teams and operational deliveryPrevious security clearance (DV, SC, CTC or BPSS) would be beneficial but is not essential.PackageSalary: Up to £70,000 (depending on experience)Bonus: 10% discretionary annual bonusCompany Car or Car AllowanceHours: 40 hours per week with flexibility on working hoursOccasional home working availableThis is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale, technically diverse operation with a well-established on-site team.JBRP1_UKTJ
