Were looking for a passionate and dedicated Contract Manager to join our clients team. In this role, youll be responsible for a large commercial site. If youre an experienced contract manger from a technical background and P&L understanding, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Manage FM service contracts
Ensure SLA and KPI compliance
Control budgets and costs
Oversee supplier performance
Manage contract risks and variations
Ensure H&S and compliance standards
Support client relationships
Drive service quality and improvement

Requirements Technical background
3 years experience in a similar position
Right to work in the UK
