Job Summary
Were looking for a passionate and dedicated Contract Manager to join our clients team. In this role, youll be responsible for a large commercial site. If youre an experienced contract manger from a technical background and P&L understanding, wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage FM service contracts
- Ensure SLA and KPI compliance
- Control budgets and costs
- Oversee supplier performance
- Manage contract risks and variations
- Ensure H&S and compliance standards
- Support client relationships
- Drive service quality and improvement
Requirements
- Technical background
- 3 years experience in a similar position
- Right to work in the UK
