Job Summary
Were looking for a passionate and dedicated Contract Manager to join our clients team. In this role, youll be responsible for a large commercial site. If youre an experienced contract manger from a technical background and P&L understanding, wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage FM service contracts
• Ensure SLA and KPI compliance
• Control budgets and costs
• Oversee supplier performance
• Manage contract risks and variations
• Ensure H&S and compliance standards
• Support client relationships
• Drive service quality and improvement

Requirements

• Technical background
• 3 years experience in a similar position
• Right to work in the UK
