Role: Contract Manufacturing Engineer
Duration: 6 months initially
Rate: £50-£60 per hour Outside IR35
Location: On-site in Bristol (hybrid flexibility once the project is established)

The role focuses on supporting the development and industrialisation of our clients manufacturing and assembly systems as they move into low‑rate production. You would also play a key part in industrialising sub‑assembly lines, including propeller assembly, to help scale production volumes.

They're looking for experience in:

APQP (AS9145)
Materials & Processes conversion for Production Operations
New Product Introduction (NPI) and aerospace product industrialisation
Final Aircraft Assembly
EWIS or Instrumentation installation and minor modifications
