Macildowie Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics Contract / Project Manager (Joinery/Fit-Out) - Up to £65,000 - Nottinghamshire Monday - Friday, 8am 5pm Macildowie Procurement has recently partnered with an organisation based in Nottinghamshire to recruit a Contract / Project Manager.The key objective is to comfortably lead on multiple fit-out projects, whilst reviewing and negotiating contracts in a hospitality fit-out environment. Main Responsibilities Ensure the project has been programmed in detail to avoid unnecessary risk and increase project success and profitability. Oversee sub-contractors to ensure the resource matches the outputs as set out in the project program. Manage and oversee the execution of the contract in accordance with policies and procedures, ensuring all services are delivered to the agreed standards and within budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Conduct regular meetings and reviews to discuss performance, feedback, and opportunities for improvement. Build supplier relationships, whilst managing and negotiating supplier contracts.
