4Leisure Recruitment is proud to be supporting a leading operator within the leisure sector in the search for an ambitious and self-motivated Contract Sales Manager in Bristol.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role across a portfolio of modern, high-performing leisure facilities. You will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth, leading sales teams, and delivering impactful outreach strategies across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver successful outreach and lead generation campaigns
Drive sales performance through hands-on leadership and example
Manage, coach, and develop sales teams across multiple locations
Monitor team productivity, pipeline, and conversion rates
Execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
Inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance expectations
Ensure operational standards and procedures are consistently followed
About You:
Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within leisure, fitness, or hospitality
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Confident managing multi-site teams and campaigns
Highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Flexible approach to working hours and travel between sites
Working Pattern:
This is a fully site-based role (no remote working)
Includes one evening shift per week
Includes one weekend per month
