Contract Supervisor Highways Drainage Location:Warwick, Warwickshire Salary:£40,000 - £45,000 + Company Van +Bonus Our client, a fast-growing drainage contractor, is seeking an experienced, proactive, and driven Contract Supervisor in Warwickshire. In this pivotal role, you will manage and resource a wide range of operational drainage activities, including gully emptying, reactive jetting, root cutting, CCTV surveys, and traffic management. The Role: Lead and supervise a small, agile depot team in a flexible and innovative environmentCoordinate and plan on-site resources, ensuring safe working practices at all timesLine management of multiple drainage personnel, handling any performance issuesBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsDevelop, monitor, and manage the works programmeConduct regular site audits with a focus on safety and quality About You: Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar within the drainage or highways industryFull UK Driving LicenceSkilled in managing safe working practicesCSCS card holder & health and safety qualification (SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely) would be advantageousExcellent team leadership, planning, and client-facing skills Benefits: Salary up to £45,000 per yearChristmas bonusCompany van28 days holiday (increasing with service) For further information or to apply, please contact Kristian on 01737452501 or apply todayJBRP1_UKTJ
