As a Contract Supervisor based in Luton youll be responsible for:

Managing and developing the hire contract team for a national account

Generating and maintaining the hire equipment exchange schedule and ensure smooth running of the exchange process

Making sure SLA are achieved/exceeded

Monitoring equipment breakdowns and ad hoc hires

Investigating equipment failures and ensure all records and reports are up to date

Processing hire contracts, sales orders and purchase orders

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Previous experience in a customer service environment

Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

Excellent relationship management

Great team leadership and team development skills
