We are recruiting for a Contract Support Manager to lead and support our on-site Hygiene Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality cleaning and hygiene services within a food manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who understands compliance, people management, and operational excellence — and can lead from the front to drive outstanding client satisfaction.

Contract Details
* Start Date: Immediate
* Duration: 12 weeks
* Days: Monday – Sunday (rota-based)
* Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate
£23.07 per hour (Standard)
£29.00 Umbrella
Role Purpose
To manage, support, and lead the on-site Hygiene operation, ensuring all hygiene services are delivered to the highest standard in line with BRC Food Safety Standards, customer Codes of Practice, and Health & Safety regulations.

* Ensure all hygiene services are delivered and maintained to the required standards
* Manage hygiene hours and ensure all expenditure is authorised and accurately recorded
* Develop and maintain detailed cleaning instructions, schedules, and cleaning risk assessments in line with BRC standards
