Contract Support

Location: Near Baker Street, London Salary: £32,000 Hours: Monday to Friday

A leading facilities management provider is seeking a highly organised Contract Support professional to join their team within a prestigious banking environment in the Baker Street area. This role is key to ensuring smooth operational delivery, excellent client communication, and effective administrative support across multiple service lines.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the site and contract teams

Log, schedule, and track planned and reactive maintenance tasks

*

Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure timely job completion

*

Maintain CAFM records, job notes, documentation, and compliance paperwork

*

Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and assist with monthly billing

*

Prepare reports, trackers, and contract-related documentation

*

Manage inboxes, calls, and client requests professionally

*

Ensure SLA and KPI compliance across all service lines

*

Support internal audits and contract reviews

Skills & Experience Required

*

Experience in facilities management, building services, or contract administration

*

Proficient using CAFM systems (e.g., Joblogic, Simpro, Concept, Planet FM or similar)

*

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

*

Confident communicator with exceptional customer-service skills

*

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a high-end corporate environment

*

Good IT skills, especially in Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft applications
