Contract Technical Sourcer (6-Month Contract)

Type: Contract (Through February)

Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter and a Contract Technical Sourcer to join their team for 6-month engagements.

In this Contract Recruiter role, you’ll support 2–3 high-priority technical requisitions at a time, primarily focused on niche roles within the software engineering and IoT space.

The Contract Sourcer willfocus on15-20 high priority reqs at a time, building lists appropriate with the search. These reqs will fall under the Product/Data Science/SW Engineering skillsets.

Must-Have Experience:

• Proficiency with Greenhouse or Lever ATS platforms
• Previous experience recruiting for technical roles such as:
• Embedded/C++ Engineers (IoT)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Fetcher or similar sourcing automation tools

What You’ll Do:

• The Contract Technical Recruiter will own the end-to-end recruiting process for a small number of specialized technical roles
• The Contract Sourcer willfocus on15-20 high priority reqs at a time in Product/Data Science/SW Engineering, building lists appropriate with the search.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs
• Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines efficiently

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite each week in the Greater Boston area
