The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all Facilities Project activities and contractor operations are delivered safely and in line with best practice, within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Contractor Compliance & CDM Officer, you will support the Facilities Management team while contributing to wider business projects. The role involves building strong contractor relationships and ensuring safe, compliant project delivery. This is a hybrid role within a 37-hour work week, typically involving 34 days on-site and 12 days working from home to support flexibility and work/life balance.
