Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our reputable construction client to recruit for a Contracts Administrator, to join their team in Ballymena. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business, supporting on some outstanding local projects. The Contracts Administrator is a key role for the business. You will be responsible for providing a main point of contact for the wider contract's teams, providing fundamental administrative support on construction projects. Duties of this role include: Managing the internal system, ensuring all documents are filed correctly, reviewing drawings, and ensuring information is regularly updated and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Providing a point of contact for clients, managing the company inbox, answering queries and allocating calls when required. Providing a main point of contact for the site teams, confirming paperwork, compiling site packs, health and safety documents, and assisting with any queries. Attending site visits, obtaining information relating to ongoing projects and developments. Working closely alongside sub-contractors, confirming time sheets and answering general queries. Upholding effective communication between internal departments to ensure a smooth flow to daily operations. High level of attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, varied role. The Right Person for this role will have previous experience working in a similar position and be well accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. You will pride yourself on your ability to co-ordinate effectively and have excellent organisational skills. Strong IT skills are essential for this role and construction industry experience is desirable. The Package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from £27000- £29000, dependant on experience, with working hours of 9-5 Mon-Fri, with on-site parking available.
