Contracts Manager - Care Homes

Due to internal promotion, a privately owned Main Contractor, specialising in the new build care home sector, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee 2 projects in the South.

Coming from a proven track record of on time completions on care home jobs on JCT, up to £12M, you will be respnsible for leading site management teams by example, ensuring that program is adhered to as well as liaising with the client.

This company has an 80% repeat business ratio, enjoys high employee retention and provides challenging career paths for its staff.

Travel is part of this role, due to the nature of the work involved
