Key Responsibilities Managing multiple contracts across civils and groundworks projects Overseeing site teams and ensuring projects run efficiently Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained Client liaison and relationship management Commercial oversight, including budgets and cost control Requirements Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within civils and/or groundworks Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent communication and client-facing ability Commercial awareness and project management expertise Package Salary: £50,000 £60,000 (depending on experience) Company vehicle Fuel card Pension and holiday entitlement This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and growing contractor offering long-term career prospects and a strong pipeline of work. xbpsjku
