Salary: £50,000 £60,000 + Package
Hours: 8:00am 5:00pm

A well-established civils and groundworks contractor based in Stafford is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to take on a key role within a respected business, overseeing a range of projects and contributing to continued growth.

You will be responsible for overseeing multiple civils and groundworks projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a key position within the business, offering autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact.

• Managing multiple contracts across civils and groundworks projects
• Overseeing site teams and ensuring projects run efficiently
• Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained
• Client liaison and relationship management
• Commercial oversight, including budgets and cost control

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within civils and/or groundworks
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing ability
• Commercial awareness and project management expertise

• Salary: £50,000 £60,000 (depending on experience)
