Job Title: Contracts Manager - Roofing and Cladding

\n

Location: Site/home-based with regular site visits

\n\n Salary & Benefits: \n

\n \n Annual Salary: to £55,000 per annum

\n

\n Role Overview: \n

Responsible for Projects throughout the North West/Yorkshire and surrounding areas.

\n

As Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring new build cladding and roofing projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.Systems include : wall cladding, sheet cladding and single - ply roofing. You will work closely with the company Directors, supervise operatives on site, liaise with clients and contractors, and manage all aspects of contract delivery and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n \n Collaborate with company Directors to ensure all project deliverables are met

\n

\n

\n Oversee and maintain Health and Safety standards on-site

\n

\n

\n Support in setting up sites for new projects

\n

\n

\n Ensure site activities are carried out in full compliance with approved Method Statements and Risk Assessments

\n

\n

\n Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work aligns with manufacturer specifications and drawings

\n

\n

\n Represent the company in meetings with clients and main contractors

\n

\n

\n Supervise on-site operatives and subcontractors to ensure work is completed to required standards

\n

\n

\n Complete and submit accurate weekly site reports and surveys

\n

\n

\n Organise and manage timely delivery of materials to site

\n

\n

\n Maintain clear and professional communication between the site and clients

\n

\n

\n Proactively resolve site issues, ensuring transparent communication and prompt action

\n

\n

\n Monitor on-site material usage and complete stock takes as required

\n

\n

\n Candidate Requirements: \n

\n \n Proven experience in a similar Contracts Manager or Site Manager role within the roofing/cladding or construction industry

\n

\n

\n Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and best practices

\n

\n

\n Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications

\n

\n

\n Excellent organisational and communication skills

\n

\n

\n Proactive and solution-focused mindset

\n

\n

\n Full UK driving licence

\n

\n

\n
