Our client delivers high-quality drylining packages across a range of commercial and residential developments and is seeking a confident and capable Contracts Manager with proven industry experience to oversee multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities: Overseeing multiple drylining projects from pre-construction through to completion Managing site teams, subcontractors, and project programmes Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard Building and maintaining strong client relationships Monitoring health & safety and ensuring compliance across all sites Reporting on project progress and commercial performance Requirements: Essential: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the drylining sector Strong knowledge of drylining systems, processes, and project delivery
