Contracts Manager - Cladding & Facades - Remediation\n\nSalary and Package - £65,000 - £80,000 Depnding on experience\nCar Allowance and reimbursment\nPension\nExpenses and travel covered where required\n\nLocation - UK sites with regular travel and occasional time at the Midlands head office once per month\n\nFull-time, Permanent Position\n\nAbout the Company\n\nA specialist façade contractor delivering remediation, refurbishment and new-build façade packages across the UK. The business focuses on the design, procurement, manufacture and installation of external façade systems including curtain walling, glazing and cladding, supporting projects from early design stages through to completion.\n\nWhy Join Them\n\nThis Contracts Manager position offers the opportunity to join a growing contractor focused on technically complex façade projects. The Contracts Manager will be trusted to take ownership of projects and lead delivery teams across multiple sites.\n\nThe Contracts Manager will work alongside experienced operational and commercial teams, delivering façade remediation and façade installation schemes across a range of sectors.\n\nFor a Contracts Manager with strong façade experience, this role provides a stable pipeline of work, supportive leadership and the chance to influence projects from handover through to completion.

The Contracts Manager will also have the opportunity to develop project teams and contribute to the continued growth of the business.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nThe Contracts Manager will take responsibility for the successful delivery of façade remediation and façade installation projects across the UK, typically managing multiple sites and project teams at the same time.\n\nWorking closely with commercial, design and site management teams, the Contracts Manager will oversee programmes, procurement and delivery while ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme and within budget.\n\nResponsibilities include:\n\n * \n\n Managing façade projects from commercial handover through to completion\n\n * \n\n Overseeing multiple projects with values typically up to £5m\n\n * \n\n Managing site managers, subcontractors and installation teams\n\n * \n\n Monitoring project performance including programme, quality and cost\n\n * \n\n Working closely with Quantity Surveyors on variations and final accounts\n\n * \n\n Managing Building Safety Regulator related applications and compliance processes\n\n * \n\n Liaising with structural, fire and thermal consultants where required\n\n * \n\n The role will suit a Contracts Manager with strong knowledge of façade systems, including curtain walling, glazing and cladding, and experience managing site teams across multiple construction projects.\n\nSummary\n\nThis is a strong opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of façade projects across the UK within a specialist contractor environment.
