And as we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager  who will share our values of quality, care, and customer service.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n\nOversee and manage multiple building repair projects from inception to completion. \n\nManaging the full project lifecycle, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.\n\nCoordinating with clients, surveyors, contractors, and insurance companies to ensure smooth project delivery.\n\nPreparing and managing schedules, budgets, and project documentation.\n\nConducting site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards.\n\nResolving any project-related issues promptly and effectively.\n\nMaintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders throughout the process.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\nProven experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager within the building or insurance repair\n\nStrong knowledge of building processes, materials, and relevant regulations.\n\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal abilities.\n\nA proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.\n\nA valid UK driving licence (travel within a 70-mile radius of Redditch required).\n\nPlease note: This is not a self-employed, CIS, or Sole Trader opportunity.
