Contract Manager – Social Housing (Kitchens, Bathrooms & Reactive Maintenance)\n\nLocation: Hammersmith & Fulham, West London\nSalary: £65,000 - £75,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Package\n\nAbout the Client\n\nOur client is a leading family-owned construction company with over 50 years of experience delivering high-quality refurbishment and maintenance services across London and the Southeast. With a turnover exceeding £55 million, they work with both private and public sector clients, delivering planned and reactive works for housing associations, local authorities, and commercial organisations.\n\nTheir core focus includes kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes, planned maintenance, and reactive repairs, ensuring high-quality living standards for across their portfolio.\n\nRole Purpose\n\nThe client is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes alongside reactive maintenance contracts within social housing.\n\nThe successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.
