Contracts Manager M&E Maintenance\n\nWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial clients. This position plays a key role in ensuring all contracted works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual, financial, and quality expectations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage end-to-end performance of multiple maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs\n\nAct as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction\n\nOversee PPM, reactive maintenance, and minor project delivery across M&E and HVAC disciplines\n\nMonitor contract financials, including budgeting, forecasting, margin control, and reporting\n\nLead and support engineering teams, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor management\n\nEnsure all works comply with statutory requirements, H&S legislation, and company procedures\n\nConduct site audits, contract reviews, and performance meetings\n\nIdentify opportunities for contract growth, additional works, and service improvements\n\nPrepare reports, proposals, and necessary documentation\n\nSkills & Experience\n\nProven experience as a Contracts Manager (or similar role) within an M&E or HVAC maintenance environment\n\nStrong technical understanding of M&E and HVAC systems\n\nExcellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple contracts and teams in a fast-paced environment\n\nStrong commercial awareness and experience managing contract budgets\n\nKnowledge of compliance requirements and health & safety standards\n\nFull UK driving licence\n\nWhat's On Offer\n\nSalary £50,000-£75,000 (DOE)\n\nGross profit bonus - typically £10,000\n\n£6,000 car allowance\n\n28 days holiday + Christmas shutdown + bank holidays\n\nGenuine organic progression within a growing business\n\nWR HVAC | M&E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
