We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to lead Passive Fire Protection and FRA works.

This is a hands-on role where you will take full ownership of contracts, from mobilisation through to delivery and financial performance.
- - Manage Passive Fire / Fire Stopping / FRA contracts
- - Take ownership of contract performance and margin
- - Manage direct labour and subcontractors
- - Monitor productivity and performance
- - Carry out site visits and compliance checks
- - Build strong client relationships
- - Drive H&S, compliance and quality standards
What Were Looking For
- - Contracts Manager experience in Passive Fire / FRA
- - Strong knowledge of fire stopping and compliance
- - Experience managing labour-based delivery
- - Commercially and financially aware
- - Proactive, accountable and delivery-focused
- - Strong leadership and communication skills
