We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager - Procurement Specialist to join major British Irish multinational energy company's IT & Telco Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating the supply of IT and Telecommunications services, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external legislation

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead sourcing activities for IT & Telco services, ensuring alignment with company procurement governance and legislative requirements. Develop robust contracting and negotiation strategies in collaboration with IT Cyber, Category Managers, and wider procurement stakeholders. Draft, review, and negotiate complex IT contracts, including special terms, ensuring long‑term protection for the company. Manage negotiations with Tier 1 technology vendors, leveraging commercial insights to secure favourable outcomes. Support supplier relationship management and performance reviews to ensure delivery against contractual obligations. Work closely with Legal, Data Protection, Information Security, and Project teams to align contractual agreements with organisational needs.
