Our client, a growing renewable energy contractor delivering solar installs onto new residential developments across the South West, is looking to appoint an experienced
Contracts Manager.
This is a key operational role managing programmes from pre-start through to handover, working closely with site teams, labour force and senior management
The Role
Managing multiple solar install projects on new build housing developments
Coordinating site managers, electricians and installation teams
Client liaison with developers and principal contractors
Ensuring projects meet H&S, quality and completion deadlines
Supporting commissioning and handover process
Requirements
Strong background within Solar PV (essential)
Experience managing multiple sites or contracts
Good knowledge of new build construction environments
SMSTS or SSSTS
Full UK driving licence
