Contracts Manager We are working on behalf of a well-established client located in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, who is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple regional projects. This hands-on leadership role requires a strong focus on health & safety, project delivery, and team coordination within groundworks and civils projects. Key Responsibilities Enforce and monitor industry-standard health & safety procedures across all projects Manage works involving groundworks, roads, sewers, earthworks, and plotworks Oversee civils projects, including bulk earthworks, remediation, drainage, hard landscaping, and surfacing Prepare, monitor, and maintain technical documentation, programmes, and reports Lead, motivate, and coordinate site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams Represent the organisation at senior-level meetings, presenting updates and reports Skills & Experience Required
