Contract Manager - Precast Concrete (Full-Time, UK-Wide Projects) Based in Ipswich, Suffolk
Are you a driven Contract Manager with a passion for delivering complex construction projects safely, on time and on budget? We're looking for a motivated professional to take ownership of precast concrete contracts across multiple sites throughout the UK.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of project delivery from early planning and site visits through to installation, commercial control and final handover.
What You'll Be Doing
Contract & Commercial Management
Support commercial teams in managing contracts and subcontracts Track costs, budgets and forecasts Prepare variations, claims and extensions of time Run installation diaries and coordinate with site and flooring teams Attend site meetings and deliver toolbox talks
Project Coordination
Plan and coordinate design, production, delivery and installation Carry out site visits to assess access, cranes and lifting requirements Take pre-install measurements and post-install checks Receive and manage site deliveries
Quality, Health & Safety
Produce and issue RAMS in line with H&S legislation Carry out site audits and enforce quality and safety standards Manage internal and client QA processes
