They’re now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team and lead the delivery of multiple construction projects from pre-start through to final handover. About the Role

As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously—ranging from bespoke residential developments to commercial refurbishments and external works. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will ensure that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the planning and delivery of multiple construction projects across London and the South East.

Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring effective coordination and communication.

*

Monitor project programmes, budgets, and resource allocation.

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.

*

Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities throughout the project lifecycle.

*

Proactively resolve site or logistical issues, particularly in challenging or constrained locations.

What We’re Looking For

*

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in the construction industry.

*

Strong background in residential and/or commercial construction, including refurbishments and tight urban sites.

*

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

*

Sound understanding of health & safety legislation and contract administration.

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently.
