Contracts Manager – RC Frame/Groundworks – North London - £120k

About the client: Our client is a leading Civils Subcontractor who specialize in Groundworks, RC Frame and Infrastructure projects. They have earned an exceptional reputation over the past 40+ years which has seen the company grow to a turnover of £35M and work on schemes up to £8m in North London and the Northern Home Counties.

About the role: Due to an internal restructure, they are in the market for a Senior Contracts Manager to take the operational lead for the business. You must be client facing, reporting into board level and have at least 10 years industry experience. This role will lead to directorship.

About the Requirements: You must have significant RC Frame/Groundworks experience. You must be capable of overseeing all operational responsibilities for the business bringing new ideas to director level. They are open to an academic or trades background, as long as you have industry experience. The client would be open to a Senior Project Manager looking at taking the next step.
