You will be responsible for ensuring that the project runs smoothly, stays on budget, meets deadlines, and follows all legal and safety standards. You will manage the contracts between the client, main contractors, and subcontractors, and act as a key point of contact throughout the project along with delivery in full compliance with NHBC standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager who has a strong background in construction management within new build houses.
