About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Contracts Manager with a strong background in Facilities Management and HVAC maintenance contracts to join a leading FM provider. Based in Edinburgh and covering the East of Scotland, you will be responsible for managing multi-site contracts, ensuring service delivery meets client expectations, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day delivery of FM maintenance contracts across Edinburgh and the East.

Lead and support engineering teams, ensuring performance against SLAs and KPIs.

Oversee planned and reactive maintenance for HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.

Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting for assigned contracts.

Ensure all works are delivered safely and in compliance with Health & Safety legislation.

Support business development through contract renewals and identifying additional opportunities.
