Job Title: Contracts Manager – Kitchen & Bathroom Refurbishments Location: Office based in Brandon, covering East Anglia Salary: £55,000per annum + Car Allowance Reporting to: Regional Director / Operations Manager

Role Overview The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within occupied and void residential properties. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
