We Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager on behalf of our client, a leading provider of commercial flat roofing systems and solutions across the UK. With extensive industry knowledge, technical expertise, and a strong track record of successful projects, they have earned a reputation as one of the leading contractors in the commercial flat roofing sector. The Role: Oversee and manage the delivery of roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role combines project management, procurement, and contract law knowledge, focusing on managing contracts and relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Oversight: * Manage multiple flat roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines and stay within budget. * Monitor daily operations and the overall progress of roofing installation or repair work. 2. Contract Management: * Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Ensure that all contractual obligations are met, including terms, timelines, and quality standards. 3.
