We are working with a well-established and growing roofing and cladding company seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team in South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in the roofing and cladding sector to take ownership of multiple projects and drive quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage roofing and cladding contracts from inception through to completion

Oversee multiple site operations across South Wales

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

*

Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact

Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations

*

Monitor progress, prepare reports, and manage project documentation

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager or Contracts Manager within the roofing and cladding industry (essential)
