Contracts Manager – Commercial Refurbishments

Location: Hampshire (Projects across the South of England)

Sector: Commercial Refurbishment – Hospitality (Pubs & Restaurants)

Our client is an established and well-respected contractor based in Hampshire, specialising in commercial refurbishment projects within the hospitality sector, including pubs, bars, and restaurants.

Due to multiple recent contract wins, they are experiencing sustained growth and now have a busy and expanding pipeline of work across the South of England. As a result, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team.

The Role:

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple live projects across the South of England
  • Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with H&S, quality, and programme requirements
  • Client liaison and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Commercial awareness including cost control and variations
  • Supporting continued business growth through consistent project delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within commercial refurbishment
  • Strong hospitality sector experience (pubs, restaurants, bars, leisure)
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant construction qualifications (preferred)
