The Role

As Contracts Manager, you'll oversee multiple flat roofing contracts from pre-construction to final handover. You'll ensure quality, safety, and performance across all projects while leading site teams and ensuring client expectations are consistently exceeded.

You'll be at the forefront of flat roofing project delivery, from compiling RAMS and planning work through to managing materials, subcontractors, and HSE compliance.
