About The Role Location: Cardiff and surrounding areas.Hourly Rate: £14.50Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week (average). This vacancy will mainly require you to work Monday‑Friday; however, flexibility is essential as you may be required to work weekends, evenings and nights depending on events. This will be discussed further during the interview stage. As a Site Manager at Atlas FM, you’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery across our stadium and event sites. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Operations Support Manager, you’ll support day‑to‑day operations, coordinate staffing, and uphold Atlas’ high standards at all times. You’ll oversee site readiness for both daily operations and major events, carrying out audits, inspections, and spot checks to ensure compliance, quality, and consistency. From managing rotas and sourcing cover to monitoring budgets, equipment, and stock, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement, identifying smarter ways of working, supporting training needs, and engaging in upselling or service enhancement where appropriate. It’s a varied, hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys being visible on site, supporting people, and taking pride in operational excellence. About You You’re an organised, proactive, and people‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, operational environment. You take ownership, lead by example, and are confident working across multiple sites with varying priorities. You’ll ideally bring:
Experience in facilities management, cleaning operations, or a similar service‑driven environment Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, risk assessments, COSHH, and compliance requirements Confidence conducting site audits, inspections, and quality checks The ability to plan rotas, manage cover, and support event‑based operations A practical, solutions‑focused mindset with great attention to detail Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with supervisors, managers, and frontline teams
